Meet Tijs GCName:My name is Tijs, which looks like you maybe just let a puppy get ahold of your key board and typed in some random letters, ta dah, a name. But it litterally means gift of God. The pupular name Matthew comes out of the name Tijs.Word of the Day:Mellifluous. Its a real word. It means sweet or musical or pleasant to hear. I will use it in a sentence. The treat jar was so mellifluous to my ears.Likes:I like to play with all my friends. I also like going in and out the doggie door to see whats up outside and to do business. I like that I am practicing the art of potty training. Humans will like that. I want the humans to like the stuff I do.Birthday:Mark July 10th on the calendar. I am one of 7 puppies born to a 40 pound Blackmouth Cur looking Mom named Tiffie on July 10th. I am one of the smaller pups in the bunch, so they think I might be mixed with Beagle. We all had some freckles so Heeler doggie might be in our mix too.Halloween Outfit Idea:Undecided. But I will tell ya what I dont want to beanything with evil eyebrows, no textbook Disney villain, no Captain Hook or Count Chocula. Look Karen, what I am trying to say is my eyebrows are not a joke.The Big Ask:If you adopt me, can my theme song for entering a room be the Cheers song. Sometimes you want to go, Where everybody knows your name or in my casewhere everybody know how to say your name. GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter. Our puppies are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each pup comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date with age appropriate vaccinations, micro-chipped, heartworm tested if not started on heartworm preventatives already, and are current with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $500 for puppies under a year old, which also includes the cost of transportation to the assigned location. Medical records accompany each dog at the time of delivery and may be emailed to adopter prior to dog arrival if desired. Microchips will be automatically registered to the new owner after payment of adoption fee. The registration site we use is Michelson Found Animals which is free to use and update during the lifetime of your pet. Please allow 24-48 hours for the new information to appear on the website.
